The DugOut

The DugOut is a turfed roof, handcrafted earth house. It was once the home of Ed and Rowena when they were building the 'Big House' further up the hill. This project has been featured many times over the years on Channel 4's Grand Designs and now the DugOut has become a wonderful 'retreat' for paying guests.

They approached me as a good friend and artist, to produce a set of designs to illustrate 'life on the hill' as experienced by DugOut guests.
